How do I qualify for Consulting or Solution Provider?
Performance, customer success, enablement completion, repeatable offerings, and pipeline depth. Tiering is reviewed quarterly.
What counts as a qualified deal registration?
Named customer, validated use case, estimated timeline and budget, your next steps, and a customer contact who has acknowledged engagement.
Do you support cloud marketplace transactions?
Yes. We transact via AWS Marketplace and align to co-sell programs. Eligibility and benefits vary by tier and region.
Do partners get access to benchmarking and studies?
Yes. Curated benchmarking content and co-branded material for demand generation are available. Deeper assets may require an NDA and opportunity alignment.
What happens if a registered deal stalls?
We will request a mutual action plan. If there is no activity for 30 days, protection may lapse. You can re-register with updated details.
How is MDF allocated?
Based on tier and demonstrated ROI. Submit a brief plan with objectives, audience, assets, and timeline for approval.
Can we publish joint PR or customer stories?
Yes for Consulting and Solution Provider, subject to customer approval and brand guidelines.
What support is available for POCs?
NFR credits, architecture reviews, best-practice configurations, and priority support queues aligned to tier.
